The skins and seeds of grapes are known to be rich sources of phenolic compounds, both flavonoids and non-flavonoids. The aim of the present study is to determine polyphenolic composition, antioxidant potential along with free radical scavenging activity and antimicrobial properties of ethanol extract of Grape skin and seed. Grape seed showed high antioxidant and antimicrobial activity compared to grape skin extract which revealed the medicinal properties of grape seed extract. The IC50
